Jesse earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute in 1985. In 1993 he founded JES which has quickly become on of the region’s largest foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation and basement waterproofing companies. Jesse also developed Bizwiz©®, a cloud-based total business management system.
Stella is an expert in flag etiquette and history, having learned from her father a Retired Chief Petty Officer and WWII veteran. Stella has traveled across Virginia to speak with schools, Civic Leagues and other associations about the importance of treating the flag with respect and honor.
Scott received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and Maryland. As JES’ Senior Vice President of Engineering, Scott oversees all installation and construction applications. He works closely with customers and the team of professional inspectors to resolve structural problems in residential and commercial buildings. In addition, Scott ensures all necessary building codes and permits are properly streamlined and executed.
George is responsible for the management and training of all our Virginia inspectors. He has over 30 years of experience in construction, building design, and real estate. He’s also a certified structural & waterproofing design specialist, crawl space specialist, and system design specialist.
